How do I choose the right survey?
Simply select your preferred survey level on the form. If we feel that you have selected the wrong type of survey, we will advise you accordingly. If you're unsure which one suits your property, we'll help you decide once we review your request.
When will my appointment be confirmed?
After you submit your preferred date, we review the property details and send a formal confirmation, including final pricing, within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We provide clear, all-inclusive pricing before we confirm your booking. This covers the site visit and your full written report.
Can I change my survey level later?
Absolutely. You can update your survey type at any time up until the day of our site visit. Just let us know and we’ll adjust the details.
